The man who co-founded juice company Patra in the 1970s and Original Juice in the ‘90s, Nick Thyssen, is selling a luxurious waterfront beach house in Sorrento. Tideways has almost 27 metres of beach frontage, a private jetty with two moorings and a new 427 square metre, six bedroom house. The 1751 square metre block at 3096 Point Nepean Road is being offered for the first time in 33 years, via an Expressions of Interest campaign closing at 4pm on June 17. Mr Thyssen can expect to get about $10 million for Tideways according to selling agents Frank Vinci and Joseph Carbone of Vinci Carbone.
