Vinci Carbone sold the property at a strongly contested auction, which saw four bidders battle it out. The agents report that the tenant has about five years remaining on their current lease, paying a current rental of approximately $61,449 per annum. The shop area is approximately 77 square metres and two secure car spaces are included.
