Two industrial investment properties in Abbotsford have been sold under the hammer. An office and warehouse at 28 Grosvenor Street sold for $1.23 million, representing a yield of 5.09 per cent. It returns $62,646 a year plus outgoings. The land area is 563 square metres. The property at 17 Flockhart Street, comprising a single level warehouse on 836 square metres, sold for $1.305 million, representing a yield of 5.39 per cent. It returns $70,362 a year.
