LORNA JANE SIZES UP A PERFECT FIT

Australian based women’s retailer Lorna Jane has slipped into a large industrial property in the Australia TradeCoast precinct.
The women’s active-wear retailer paid $6.5 million for the 1.214 ha site on the corner of Kingsford Smith Drive and Links Avenue, Eagle Farm.
The site includes a 6,200 square office/warehouse that will house Lorna Jane’s retail training and new global online distribution centre.
The vacant property was owned by a Melbourne-based investor, represented by Vinci Carbone Property.
As Lorna Jane moves into the Kingsford Smith Drive property it expects to continue to operate its warehouse at 99 Bridge Street, Fortitude Valley.
