TARGET MYRTLEFORD

Posted on 25 November 2011

A near new retail store at Myrtleford is currently being marketed. The site will be sold with a 10 year lease in place with two further five year options. The retail complex is leased to Target Australia Limited, a wholly owned division of Wesfarmers Limited. The 4,183 square metre corner site at 153-159 Myrtle Street, includes a Country Target and specialty shops with a combined income of $256,000 per annum. It should achieve a sale price in excess of $2.75 million, providing the eventual investor with an estimated 9.25% return. Investors are now more than ever attracted to national brand tenants.
