ZAGAME REVS UP PROPERTY HOLDINGS

BOBBY Zagame has paid approximately $10 million for four brick buildings on Swan St Richmond.
Located at 408 - 414 Swan St, the properties are leased to Bursons Automative, a tile retailer and a mechanic. Improvements include 1,800 sqm on a land area of 2,900 sqm.
The property was sold in an off market campaign by Frank Vinci of Vinci Carbone Property, to a company associated with Zagame Automotive Group.
Zagame has its main headquarters, which houses a Ferrari and Maserati dealership only doors away. Zagame also has a Lamborghini, Audi and Fiat dealership in the same strip.
