A WAREHOUSE facility at Brunswick has sold three weeks prior to auction.
The property at 73-75 Weston St Brunswick, is believed to have sold for in excess of $2 million.
The buyer was vintage decorative furnishings and design company, Angelucci 20th Century, which will utilise the warehouse facility as a restoration workshop.
The property comprises of a single level warehouse facility of 1,124 sqm with three roller shutter doors and a land area of 1,247 sqm.
