HACER EXPANDS

Posted on 29 March 2014

After outgrowing its Kew East office, 14 year old design company Hacer Group has paid $9 million for new headquarters - also on High Street, but a little closer to town in Kew.

The three storey, 2,285 sqm office with a 62 bay basement car park at 85-87 High Street was one of a portfolio sold by healthcare professional Ian McGoldrick last year.

Hacer moved into 85-87 High Street this month but will retain its former office at 620 High Street as an investment.  Vinci Carbone's Joseph Carbone and Frank Vinci represented Hacer, whose company mantra is 'we build'.  The company's portfolio includes residential, commercial and community projects.

Elsewhere in Melbourne's eastern suburbs this week, an as yet undisclosed owner occupier has paid $4.3 million for a vacant two storey office a t 140 Burwood Highway in Burwood.
