A family that has owned four shops and an office for almost 35 years has sold the properties via Vinci Carbone for $4 million at auction. The sale of 55-61 Main Street returned a yield of 3.8 per cent. The property is on two titles and comprises 795 sqm overall. A Melbourne based investor bought the property.
