A supersized retail space in central Mornington, which includes three strata shops leased to popular Italian eatery chain D.O.C Pizza and Mozzarella Bar, is expected to sell for more than $5 million.
The four adjoining spaces total 429 square metres and will be sold with two leases in place - one to the restaurant and another, to the Bulk Whole Foods Market. Combined, according to Vinci Carbone selling agent Frank Vinci, the asset returns $308,000 in annual rent.
D.O.C trades from two stores in Drummond Street, Carlton, and another in Victoria Avenue, Albert Park.
